Meet Morgan Coleman – she is the founder and lead trainer at Ready Set Sweat Fitness, a boutique fitness business for busy moms who want to build their best bodies after kids and workout anywhere life takes them!
As a mother of 3 young children, she believes in quick workouts that never get boring and can be done anywhere – including your kitchen.
Morgan also understands the reality of being a mom and the toll it takes on your body well after having kids. Her workouts are made for moms who want to get toned and become stronger more confident women inside and out. Most workouts are 30 minutes or less and can be done anywhere.
ONE
Commit to ONE program for at least 3 months. Jumping around from one thing to another is fun but will not get your very far if you’re looking to make serious changes in your health and fitness.
TWO
Stay consistent. Aim for at least 3 workouts per week (25+ minutes) for 3 months. If you can stick to this, you will make amazing progress!

Pay attention to WHEN you eat. If you’re looking to lose weight, eat dinner early, and give yourself 3+ hours between when you finish eating and when you go to bed.

Respect your sleep! Sleep is just as important to your health and fitness as exercise. Aim for 7+ hours every night.
