In this 5 day challenge we will be completing a 15 minute yoga routine that is quick, but also effective. We will be learning and incorporating a theme each day that we can take into our life to help us become more grounded and bring more peace into our lives. This yoga practice will have multiple options to choose from, so you can decide the intensity that you need. We will have a brief warm-up, then we will move into strengthening poses while adding in a little flexibility and balance. These videos will be recorded so feel free to set a time that works for you each day.
