As a Personal Growth and Emotional Wellbeing Coach one of the tools Ashlee uses most often is Breathwork. The act of intentional, conscious breath – think meditation but way easier to stay focused and with so many physical benefits including: nervous system regulation, reducing blood pressure, reducing stress responses & anxiety, creating new brain patterns, enhanced clarity & focus and emotional processing.
Practicing breathwork on a regular basis can help you regulate your nervous system (moving you out of survival mode), reduce your reactions to stress, help you find your focus and be at peace.
Ashlee’s goal is to help more people manage their stress and emotional reactions better, be more present and connected to themselves and those they love. Less “this is just how it is” and more empowered, more in control and more living life to its fullest.
In her monthly group, they meet 8 times a month for live, guided sessions to build this healthy habit as an ongoing practice (not a one and done approach). This supports members in managing and reducing stress, reducing anxiety, becoming more present and having more control over their emotions (aka. less yelling and more calm).

To do this practice Ashlee recommends you find a quiet spot where you can sit or lay down, put your headphones in and just focus on your breath. Please do not do this while driving or in water.

She uses her training as a certified Life Inventory Assessment Coach and her trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator certification as primary tools to support her clients in their personal and emotional growth and she is so proud of the amazing results she helps create for them + the bonus is… that these results last!
